WHO WE ARE

The Zeta Iota Iota (ZII) Foundation is a PA non-profit corporation established in Philadelphia County on May 17, 2012.  Its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws are filed with the PA Department of State and it is a registered charity with the PA Bureau of Charitable Organizations. The ZII Foundation is also recognized as a Public Charity as described in Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code.

Our mission is to develop a charitable foundation in which the Zeta Iota Iota Chapter of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. can further its duty to uplift the communities of the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

Our goal is to cultivate charitable relationships with corporate and community sponsors in support of the Zeta Iota Iota chapter's programs as well as other noteworthy investments in the local community:
